How to read this table

Almost no crypto casino verifies identity at signup - verification fires at withdrawal, the moment you have something to lose. The rows above tell you, before you deposit, what that moment will look like: the threshold that triggers it, the documents you will be asked for, and the clauses that can escalate a routine check into a phone interview, a video call, or a locked account.

Identity checks themselves are a genuine legal obligation under anti-money-laundering rules - the thresholds you see cluster around the FATF's USD/EUR 3,000 customer-due-diligence mark. The timing is the business choice. Our guides on what "no-KYC" really means and spotting a casino that will freeze your withdrawal explain how to use these clauses when choosing where to play.

Methodology

  • Primary sources only. Every VERIFIED row is quoted from the casino's own terms and conditions or official help pages, with section numbers preserved so you can check the source directly.
  • Archives when the live site blocks reading. Some casinos block automated readers; where we had to use an archived copy of their own terms, the row says so, with the archive date.
  • Honest gaps. Where no primary source is reachable at all, the row is marked UNVERIFIED rather than filled from review sites. Player-reported numbers are labelled as reports, not facts.
  • Change tracking. We re-check the table quarterly and log changes below - casino terms change quietly, and the change history is often more revealing than the current text.

Change log

  • 2026-07-12 - Initial publication: 10 casinos, sourced from each casino's own terms and conditions. 7Bit clauses re-verified against the live terms and FortuneJack clauses re-verified against a February 2026 archive on 2026-07-12.
