FortuneJack Review
FortuneJack is on the LCB warning list. A validated but hollow Anjouan licence, a seven-year confiscation lever, and a bonus built to keep your winnings. A warning review.
Updated 18 July 2026 · Editorial Team · Licence: Anjouan Gaming (Comoros), ALSI-202411021-FI1 (operator PlayWave SRL - seal validates on the regulator's site) · Est. 2014
How it scores
The good
- +Small, clean crypto withdrawals have a real payout record - AskGamblers shows 71 of 83 complaints resolved with an average dispute around $7,965, and years of Bitcointalk posts agree low-stakes cashouts are routinely fast
- +The Anjouan licence genuinely validates: the regulator's own validator returns PlayWave SRL, fortunejack.com and status VALID (ALSI-202411021-FI1), and the public register shows it issued 2024-11-04, valid to 2026-11-03
- +A deep provider roster - more than 30 named studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt and BGaming - plus a sportsbook, live casino and a provably-fair section
- +Cashback and free bets are genuinely wager-free in the bonus terms (Cashback 1-2, Free Bet 1-6), so a bonus-averse player has honest ways to take value
The catch
- -On the LCB Warning List since October 2025 over the JackToken affair, and still on it after the casino's June 2026 statement - money solicited on the casino's own surfaces became a near-worthless token (Bitcointalk topic 5545202; lcb.org warning notice)
- -A seven-year 'linked account' confiscation lever that appears at withdrawal time with proof withheld - documented from a 2018 LCB case through a December 2024 Casino.Guru no-proof confiscation; one no-bonus 2025 case (70 SOL, Bitcointalk topic 5548503) was paid only within a day of going public
- -No withdrawal timeframe anywhere in the terms - clause 9.6 promises only a 'considerable amount of time' - plus discretionary installments with no stated threshold (9.5)
- -Every house-protecting number is precise while every player-protecting one is missing: a EUR 300,000 max-win-per-bet cap the casino may 'cut' (9.10), a 5x bonus-win cap with the excess forfeited (Bonus General 11), 30x rollover (10), a 10 USD max bet under bonus (16), and a fully sticky bonus a withdrawal request cancels (18, 34)
- -A 5%-per-month dormancy fee that can 'bring Your Account balance to zero' after 12 months idle (T&C 2.7)
- -The Anjouan licence names no ADR body and carves out Australia, France, Netherlands, Spain, UK and US disputes; end-stage complaints route to 'the courts of Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority' (T&C 12.6), not a consumer mediator
- -A pre-PlayWave $120,000 sportsbook case (Oct 2021): accepted bets voided after settling as wins and the entire betting history deleted (wizardofvegas thread 37154, Bitcointalk topic 5193979)
- -Obligations moved in 2024 from a Curacao operator to PlayWave SRL, a 2024 Costa Rica shell under Anjouan; Trustpilot has fallen to 2.7/5 with unanswered 2026 one-stars

From FortuneJack's own terms - Prohibited Territories page (page dated 22 Dec 2025, Wayback capture; T&C 1.4 incorporates it), site-wide list cross-checked against the Anjouan license carve-out (validator, live 2026-07-18). Checked 2026-07-18. These are the markets we track - a country not shown here may be accepted or restricted; the casino's full list (~200 entries) decides, and we simply have not checked it. Rules change without notice - confirm in the casino's terms before depositing.
FortuneJack is a warning review, and the pattern it warns about has a name in the watchdog record: a genuinely validated but bottom-rung licence wrapped around a player-hostile contract, now carrying a formal LCB Warning List placement that a year of statements has not lifted. The licence is real - the Anjouan regulator’s own validator returns PlayWave SRL, fortunejack.com and status VALID - so this is not an “unlicensed casino” story. It is worse in a quieter way: the licence names no dispute-resolution body, the terms route final complaints to Anjouan courts rather than a consumer mediator, and every number in those terms that would protect a player is missing or discretionary while every number that protects the house is precise. Around that contract sits a seven-year record of “linked account” confiscations that surface at withdrawal time with the proof withheld, a 2021 sportsbook case in which $120,000 of settled winning bets were voided and the betting history deleted, and a 2024 migration of all obligations to a fresh Costa Rica shell. Small crypto cashouts do get paid - that part of the record is real. The warning is about what happens when you win big, use a bonus, cross a geo line, or ask for proof.
Review level: desk research, non-affiliate. We have no affiliate relationship with FortuneJack and earn nothing if you sign up there - FortuneJack’s affiliate program is on our permanently excluded list, so this is a straight, adversarial assessment with no commercial upside for the site. The site itself is Cloudflare-blocked to automated readers, so the terms below are quoted from dated archive captures (homepage 12 July 2026, T&C 7 February 2026, Prohibited Territories dated 22 December 2025, Bonus T&C dated 4 November 2025), cross-checked against live reads on 18 July 2026 of the Anjouan regulator’s validator, its public register, and FortuneJack’s own seal script hosted on the regulator’s CDN. Every accusation below is attributed to a named mediator or watchdog record - LCB, Casino.Guru, AskGamblers, Bitcointalk and Wizard of Vegas - and we distinguish “claimed” from “validated” throughout. We have not run a RateCorner-funded deposit-and-withdrawal test.

The Licence: Validated, and Hollow
The single most important correction to make up front is that FortuneJack is licensed, and the licence checks out on the regulator’s own infrastructure. The footer carries an official Anjouan seal element whose script is live on the regulator’s CDN, and following it on 18 July 2026 returns a validator page naming PlayWave SRL, registered website fortunejack.com, operating status VALID, licence ALSI-202411021-FI1. The Anjouan public register independently lists the same licence as a valid B2C permit, issued 2024-11-04 and running to 2026-11-03. Anyone telling you FortuneJack is unlicensed is wrong, and we say so plainly.
What the licence is worth is the actual finding. Three things hollow it out:
- No recourse layer exists. There is no named alternative dispute resolution body anywhere - no consumer mediator, no complaints email to a third party, no player-protection framework. T&C 12.6 says that after exhausting the casino’s own support you may approach “Alternative Dispute Resolution sources at Your sole discretion” while consenting to “the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority”. A court in the Comoros is not a mediator you can realistically use, and it is the only external route the contract offers. Curacao-regime casinos increasingly point to a certified ADR body; that rung genuinely does not exist here.
- The licence disclaims the players most likely to need it. The validator page itself carves the licence out of Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and USA plus FATF-blacklisted states, and declares that disputes from those territories “fall entirely outside the regulatory scope”. The regulator has pre-agreed not to hear a large share of the world.
- The counterparty is a 2024 shell. The operator is PlayWave SRL, a Costa Rica company registered CE-2024-206981 - and Costa Rica has no online-gambling regulator for operators, so the Costa Rica registration confers no gaming oversight at all. A small tell sits in the paperwork: the footer and T&C give one San Jose address (Santa Ana, Pozos), while the regulator’s validator lists a different San Jose address (Mata Redonda) for the same SRL. Two addresses for one company is not proof of anything on its own, but it is the kind of loose end a zero-recourse stack tends to have.
Payout Speed & Withdrawal Limits
This is the review’s spine, so read it slowly. FortuneJack’s front end sells “Instant Withdrawal”. Its contract, read against itself, has a consistent shape: every number that would protect a player is missing or left to the casino’s discretion, while every number that protects the house is written down to the euro.
The player-protecting numbers that are absent or discretionary:
- No payout timeframe at all. Clause 9.6: “Certain requests on withdrawals can take considerable amount of time to be processed and approved … within reasonable period of time.” Nothing commits the casino to any turnaround, ever.
- Discretionary installments, no threshold. Clause 9.5 lets the company pay “in installments”, with the number and period “determined by the Company reasonably, on case by case basis” - no floor, no schedule. Independent player reports describe a roughly $1,478 withdrawal split into $350 tranches every 12 hours after verification (hedge this as reported, not verified); for a casino advertising seconds, that is days of exposure to account review.
- An undisclosed KYC trigger (8.3.1, “a particular limit established by the Company from time to time”), an apostille-and-phone-interview escalation with explicit confiscation wording (5.2, 8.5), a 30-day document deadline before the account locks (8.7), and a 7-business-day dispute window to raise a transaction problem at all (12.2). Each of these is a clock or a demand the player must satisfy; none is a promise the casino makes.
The house-protecting numbers, by contrast, are exact:
- EUR 300,000 maximum win per single bet or spin, bonus rounds and free spins included, with the stated right to “cut the amount above the Maximum Win Limit from Your Account” (9.10).
- Fiat withdrawals capped at EUR 5,000 per transaction (min EUR 50), same channel and currency as the deposit (9.3, second 9.1.1 block).
- A 5% administrative fee per month on dormant accounts that “can bring Your Account balance to zero” after 12 months idle (2.7).
Put the two columns side by side and the asymmetry is the product: the casino knows precisely what it will keep, and commits to nothing about what it will pay. How “instant” claims degrade the moment a withdrawal is flagged is covered in crypto casino withdrawals explained.
KYC & Account Policy
Verification is discretionary by design. The casino may request documents “at any time … with or without providing the reasons”, and the numeric trigger is deliberately unstated - “more than a particular limit established by the Company from time to time” (8.3.1). Player reports put the practical thresholds around $10k in deposits or $2.5k in withdrawals, but those are secondary and the casino commits to no figure.
The escalation ladder is where the KYC section earns one of the review’s lowest scores. Documents can be required “notarized and/or certified with Apostille” if the casino deems it necessary, and a phone call or interview is mandatory on request. Both carry explicit confiscation wording: incomplete documents mean the casino may “block and terminate the Account and confiscate any funds” (5.2), and a player it cannot reach by phone can have the account terminated and “all monetary funds” confiscated (8.5). During checks the account is fully frozen - no withdrawals or deposits “until CDD is completed successfully, to the full satisfaction of the Company” (8.4) - and the player has 30 calendar days to produce everything or the account locks (8.7). This is after-the-win KYC with the harshest possible tail: the same document request that stalls a payout is, by the contract’s own words, a step toward confiscation. Where a discretionary-trigger casino like this sits against genuinely lighter-touch alternatives is in no-KYC vs soft-KYC casinos.
Games & Providers
The games are the honest strength here, and a warning review should say so. FortuneJack claims partnerships with “32 of the world’s top game providers”; the named list runs to more than 30 real studios - Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, BGaming, Playtech, Microgaming, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, PG Soft, Quickspin, Relax, Red Tiger, Wazdan and more - with per-provider pages adding Spribe, Hacksaw and others. Alongside the slots there is a live casino, a sportsbook, crypto futures and tournaments, and a “Provably Fair” section built on blockchain-based games with the FAQ claim that all games use “Provably Fair systems and certified RNG”. Two honest caveats: no total game count is published on any page we could read, so the “thousands of games” figures circulating on review sites are secondary; and the provably-fair claim is the casino’s own, not something we verified. For what that verification should actually let you do, see our provably fair guide.
Bonuses - the Real Terms
If the payout section is the missing player-side numbers, the bonus terms are the precise house-side ones. The headline welcome pack (from the homepage marketing) is a four-deposit ladder - a first deposit of 110% up to 0.4 BTC with “no wagering 250 free spins”, rising to 130% and 140% on later deposits, plus a sportsbook freebet. Read the Bonus T&C underneath and the trap surface is uniform:
- 30x rollover on the bonus (General 10), and free-spin winnings also carry 30x “unless expressly stated” (Free Spins 4) - which means the homepage’s “no wagering” free-spins claim rests entirely on individual promo pages we could not read. Treat that claim as unconfirmed and assume 30x until a specific promo says otherwise.
- A 5x win cap, verbatim: “The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a wagering bonus is five times (5x) the initial bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited” (General 11). No-deposit winnings are capped harder still, at 5 mBTC with the excess forfeited.
- A 10 USD max bet while any bonus is pending or active (General 16), enforced against the whole balance.
- Fully sticky, and a withdrawal request kills it: “Requesting a withdrawal of funds before wagering requirements have been met will lead to bonus money being forfeited and all funds won using the bonus money being lost” (General 18), mirrored on the T&C side by “Any active reward will be cancelled by withdrawal request” (General 34). The bonus expires in 7 days, taking the bonus and its winnings with it (General 20).
The rational read is the one this site gives at every casino with terms like these: skip the deposit bonuses entirely. The genuinely wager-free value - cashback credited to the main wallet with no wagering requirement (Cashback 1-2) and free bets whose winnings are wager-free (Free Bet 1-6) - is the only bonus surface here that does not come with a cap designed to keep your winnings. For decoding these mechanics anywhere, see bonus terms decoded.
The JackToken Affair and the LCB Warning List
The reason FortuneJack sits in a warning review rather than a merely cautious one is a formal, still-standing watchdog action. In October 2025, LCB placed FortuneJack on its Warning List over JackToken, citing “pending or blocked withdrawals from JackToken, incomplete project deliverables, and misleading project changes”, and noting the casino gave no clarification despite repeated attempts (lcb.org warning notice). The warning is still up.
The timeline behind it, from the Bitcointalk case thread (topic 5545202) and the LCB notice: a free Telegram game promoted on FortuneJack’s own site in 2024 shifted to paid mechanics around October 2024, with players buying “chests” for real money; a promised token drifted through vague messaging (presale cited near $0.04); on 31 March 2025 the project links were pulled from fortunejack.com and support denied involvement despite having promoted it; the token finally arrived around 25 June 2025 priced roughly 30x below presale, with near-zero liquidity and effectively unsellable. The thread title - “FORTUNEJACK SCAM JACKTOKEN I LOST ABOUT 6000$” - is one poster’s report; a self-described large investor in the same thread says support promised refund information that never came. FortuneJack’s June 2026 statement rejected the scam framing, calling participation “voluntary” and blaming “insufficient market demand”; LCB did not lift the warning. Whatever the casino cashier record says, this is what happened to money solicited on the casino’s own surfaces, and it is the freshest data point in the file.
The Seven-Year Confiscation Lever
The oldest pattern in the file is a single move that recurs from 2018 to 2025: play goes fine until a withdrawal, then KYC lands, then the account is declared “linked to another account”, winnings are voided, often only the deposit comes back, and the proof of the linkage is withheld from the player. The mediated record, read fairly, contains both real enforcement and the darker version.
- September 2018 (LCB, closed against the player): winnings and deposits kept on a multi-account plus bonus-abuse claim; LCB’s mediator exhausted the process - “We tried our best to convince them to pay out the refund but this is their final decision” - and the player got nothing.
- Finland VPN case (Casino.Guru, rejected): a sports bettor deposited 1,250 USDT, reached 3,312.5 USDT, and after KYC the casino alleged linked accounts and returned only the deposit - 2,062.5 USDT confiscated. The player admitted VPN use. Casino.Guru rejected the complaint citing “a lack of insight into sports betting related issues” and an inability to evaluate the investigation - a jurisdictional punt, not a finding that the casino was right.
- December 2024 (Casino.Guru, post-transition): a Croatia player passed KYC, then had all winnings cancelled for multi-accounting with only the deposit returned, no proof provided, and the casino stopped responding.
- 2 July 2025 (Bitcointalk topic 5548503) - the tell: a 70 SOL withdrawal blocked on a multi-account accusation with no bonus involved, legal threats if disputed - then, after the player went public across Bitcointalk, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, the account was reactivated and 73 SOL paid within a day. An accusation that dissolves within hours of publicity was not an investigation.
Being fair is part of the point: some of these rejections were genuine bonus-farm enforcement. Casino.Guru rejected clear cases - a Peru player, a separate Finland account cluster - where FortuneJack showed the mediator real evidence of many linked accounts claiming bonuses, and the “legit for small amounts” forum consensus is genuine signal in the casino’s favour at low stakes. The damning cases are the specific ones: the no-proof confiscation, the sports-betting case the mediator could not adjudicate, and the no-bonus case that reversed under publicity alone. That last category is the behaviour the pattern warns about.
The historical anchor. Predating PlayWave entirely, in October 2021 a player placed sportsbook bets within posted limits; after the events settled as wins, FortuneJack voided three of four combination bets as “similar bets” or a max-payout breach - roughly $120,000 withheld - and deleted the player’s entire betting history (wizardofvegas thread 37154; Bitcointalk topic 5193979). Post-hoc voiding of accepted, settled winning bets plus deletion of the record is not term enforcement; it belongs to the very “trusted since 2014” operator the marketing invokes.
The transition that removed the brakes. Through 2024 this record would read “pays with friction”. Then obligations moved from Nexus Group Enterprises N.V. (Curacao, under Antillephone) to PlayWave SRL, the 2024 Costa Rica shell under Anjouan - and the accountability layer that used to contain the confiscation lever went with it: the active Bitcointalk rep went dark, LCB’s clarification requests were ignored, and Trustpilot fell to 2.7/5 with 2026 one-star reviews going unanswered where the 2024-2025 era got replies. A note on the reassuring-looking numbers: Casino.Guru still shows an 8.7 “High” safety index, but that score is fed by mediated-cashier complaints and structurally lags this reality - token-presale losses are not “casino withdrawal” complaints, so the JackToken damage never entered it. Read the 8.7 as a lagging indicator, not reassurance. How to read these signals before you deposit is exactly what our spot a casino that freezes withdrawals guide is for.
Payments & Restricted Countries
Deposits are crypto-first: BTC, USDT, ETH, TRX, LTC, SOL, DOGE, DASH, USDC, BNB and MATIC (“up to 12 different coins”), with EUR the only fiat, “through our verified payment partners”. Deposit-speed marketing claims minutes for most coins and “instantly” for EUR; the minimum deposit to claim any bonus is 0.002 BTC equivalent (Bonus T&C General 3). There is no SegWit for BTC withdrawals (3.4), and TRX carries a network caveat (3.3). General (non-bonus) minimums render only in the cashier and are unverified here.
On geography, FortuneJack’s own site-wide Prohibited Territories list (page dated 22 December 2025) reads: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, plus all FATF-blacklisted countries and any others the Anjouan board deems prohibited - with long per-provider exclusion lists on top (Evolution excludes Canada; Hacksaw excludes Ontario, Switzerland, Greece and roughly 30 more). Of the eleven markets this site tracks, the US, UK, Germany, Austria and Australia are restricted, and the US, UK and Australia are additionally carved out of the Anjouan licence itself - so players there have no regulatory cover even in principle. Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Norway, Finland and Switzerland are accepted at the site level (with per-provider carve-outs). One quiet trap: Greece is not on FortuneJack’s own list, yet fortunejack.com is ISP-blocked in Greece, so a Greek player reaches it only by VPN - and the general compliance clauses push that risk onto the player, exactly the fact pattern that has already contributed to a confiscation in the mediated record above.
Support
FortuneJack claims 24/7 live chat and support by email (support@fortunejack.com and support@playwave.club). The structural problem is what sits behind the chat window. The complaints process is internal only - support, then the 12.2-12.6 route with a 7-business-day claim window and a 14-day final decision - after which the sole external option is the Anjouan-courts clause, with no named complaints body anywhere. And the recent record shows the human layer thinning: the once-active Bitcointalk rep has gone quiet, LCB says its requests for clarification went unanswered, and 2026 Trustpilot one-stars show no company reply. When a balance is frozen here, you are relying on the casino’s discretion and on public pressure, not on a contractual right or a mediator you can invoke.
Verdict
FortuneJack earns a 1.9, and the number is a warning, not a recommendation. The licence is genuinely valid, small crypto cashouts genuinely get paid, and the game library is genuinely deep - none of that is in dispute, and we have said each of it plainly. What pulls the score to the floor is everything the licence does not do and everything the contract does: no dispute-resolution body, a terms document that commits to no payout timeframe while pricing every house protection to the euro, a seven-year confiscation lever that surfaces at withdrawal with the proof withheld, a $120,000 sportsbook void with the betting history deleted, and - the fact that turns caution into a warning - a formal LCB Warning List placement over JackToken that a June 2026 statement did not lift. The 2024 migration to a Costa Rica shell removed the accountability layer that used to contain all of this.
This review makes accusations, and every one of them is attributed to a named mediator or watchdog record rather than to us. Read fairly, FortuneJack is fine for exactly one thing: small, bonus-free, single-payout crypto play from a clearly permitted country, by someone who verifies before depositing and never lets a balance grow into the range where the lever fires. For a big win, a bonus, a sportsbook parlay, a grey jurisdiction, or anyone who might one day need to prove they are owed money, the documented pattern is the reason to walk away. We do not promote FortuneJack, and no commission is riding on this page - it is a warning because the record is.
Sources and evidence
- Official sources: FortuneJack’s terms and conditions, Bonus T&C, Prohibited Territories page, homepage FAQ and marketing - quoted from dated archive captures (homepage 12 July 2026, T&C 7 February 2026, Prohibited Territories dated 22 December 2025, Bonus T&C dated 4 November 2025), because the live site Cloudflare-blocks automated readers. Every clause cited - 9.5, 9.6, 9.10, 2.7, 5.2, 8.3.1, 8.5, 8.7, 12.6, and Bonus General 10, 11, 16, 18, 20, 34 - comes from these documents.
- License: validated live on 18 July 2026 on the regulator’s own infrastructure - the footer seal script on the Anjouan CDN, the validator page (PlayWave SRL, fortunejack.com, status VALID, ALSI-202411021-FI1), and the Anjouan public register (B2C, issued 2024-11-04, expiry 2026-11-03). License facts never come from review sites, and the licence-carve-out and address-discrepancy findings are read from the validator page itself.
- The JackToken affair: the LCB Warning List notice (lcb.org, October 2025, still standing after the casino’s June 2026 statement) and the Bitcointalk case thread (topic 5545202). Player-loss figures are the posters’ own reports and are labelled as such.
- The confiscation record: read adversarially across LCB (the 2018 closed-against-player case), Casino.Guru (the Finland VPN 2,062.5 USDT confiscation and the December 2024 Croatia no-proof case, both rejected, with the rejection reasoning shown), and Bitcointalk (topic 5548503, the 70 SOL / 73 SOL publicity reversal). Genuine bonus-farm enforcement is distinguished from the no-proof and publicity-reversed cases.
- The $120,000 sportsbook void: Wizard of Vegas thread 37154 and Bitcointalk topic 5193979, primary forum records; the claims are the posters’ own.
- Reputation: Trustpilot (2.7/5, unanswered 2026 one-stars), LCB (2.5/5 plus the warning), and the Casino.Guru 8.7 safety index treated explicitly as a lagging indicator that does not price in the JackToken losses - not as reassurance.
- RateCorner testing status: account created - no · deposit made - no · withdrawal tested - no. First-hand testing begins once our funded test protocol is live.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is FortuneJack legit, licensed, and safe? It is licensed - the Anjouan seal validates on the regulator’s own site (PlayWave SRL, fortunejack.com, status VALID, ALSI-202411021-FI1), so “unlicensed” is wrong. But “safe” is a separate question, and the watchdog record answers it: FortuneJack has been on the LCB Warning List since October 2025 over JackToken and is still on it, its licence names no dispute-resolution body, and its terms route end-stage complaints to Anjouan courts. A validated licence at the industry’s bottom rung is exactly what this review warns about.
How fast does FortuneJack pay out? For small, clean crypto cashouts the payout record is real - AskGamblers resolved 71 of 83 complaints and forum consensus is that low-stakes withdrawals are routinely fast. But nothing in the terms commits FortuneJack to any timeframe: clause 9.6 says withdrawals “can take considerable amount of time”, and clause 9.5 allows installments the casino sizes at its own discretion. A player report describes a roughly $1,478 cashout split into $350 installments every 12 hours after verification. Treat “instant” as the best case for small amounts, not a promise.
Does FortuneJack require KYC? Yes, with an undisclosed trigger by design (8.3.1). Documents can escalate to notarized or apostilled ID and a mandatory phone interview, with explicit confiscation wording attached: incomplete documents or an unreachable player can mean the casino will “block and terminate the Account and confiscate any funds” (5.2, 8.5). You have 30 days to produce documents or the account locks (8.7). Verify before you deposit anything you would mind losing.
What is the catch with the FortuneJack bonus? The bonus terms are the house-protecting side of a lopsided contract: 30x rollover (General 10), winnings capped at five times the bonus with the excess forfeited (General 11), a 10 USD max bet while a bonus is active (16), and a fully sticky bonus that a withdrawal request cancels along with its winnings (18, 34). Skip the deposit bonuses and use only the genuinely wager-free cashback or free bets.
Why is FortuneJack on a warning list? In October 2025 LCB placed FortuneJack on its Warning List over JackToken - a token promoted on the casino’s own surfaces, sold through paid Telegram “chests” from around October 2024 near $0.04, then delivered in June 2025 roughly 30x below presale with near-zero liquidity and effectively unsellable (Bitcointalk topic 5545202). Refund information was promised and, per the thread, never delivered, and support denied involvement despite having promoted it. The casino’s June 2026 statement did not get the warning lifted.
Can US or UK players use FortuneJack? No. The US and UK are on FortuneJack’s own site-wide prohibited list (with Australia, Austria, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain and Comoros), and both are additionally carved out of the Anjouan licence itself, so players there sit outside the licence’s stated scope. VPN workarounds are pushed onto the player at their own risk, and a VPN in the fact pattern of a dispute has already contributed to a confiscation in the mediated record.
