The terms reserve an up-to-5% handling charge on deposits and withdrawals (clause 7.1.10.1), and a right to deduct deposit costs from a non-profitable player’s withdrawal (clause 7.3.7). In practice the published schedule charges no deposit fee and only network fees on withdrawals, and we found no case of 7.3.7 actually enforced - but both are contractually live at Cloudbet’s discretion.
